  1. Digital Products & Services

All purchases of digital products, subscriptions, and “Shop for Me” services are final and non-refundable, except in cases of:

Duplicate transactions (accidental multiple charges).
Failed delivery of the digital product or subscription due to a technical issue on our side.
Unauthorized transactions proven to be fraudulent.

⚠️ Once a digital code, gift card, or subscription has been delivered to the customer, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

  1. Physical Products (If Applicable)
    If a product is shipped to you as part of the “Shop for Me” service:

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

The wrong item was delivered.
The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
The item does not match the description provided at checkout.

Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by Xpressbuy247.
Once returned, items will be inspected and, if approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Refunds (where approved) will be processed to the original payment method (via our payment partners such as Paystack, Flutterwave, or Fincra).
Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway and customer’s bank but usually takes 5–10 business days.

    Refunds or returns will not be granted in the following situations:

Change of mind after purchase.
Customer error in product selection (e.g., wrong digital code or subscription plan chosen).
Products or services used, activated, or redeemed.
Delays caused by third-party service providers beyond our control.
